We are looking for a dedicated farm worker to join our team! The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, be able to pass a background check and drug screen, and be a motivated self-starter. Brief Description of Job : Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proficiency in operating farm equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance and repairs. Previous experience in farm operations, livestock handling and/or mechanical work. Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Ability to use hand tools effectively. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays Preferred qualifications for higher end of pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Sign On Bonus: Total $1,000. $500 after 3 months of successful employment and $500 after 9 months of successful employment.
