The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and at least three years of relevant experience. They should possess excellent academic credentials, demonstrate project ownership, and be committed to client service.Duties:Handle commercial, timber, and agricultural real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and finance transactions.Conduct real estate due diligence, including title review and development-related contracts.Engage in business development activities and participate in real estate and/or natural resource industry groups.Provide exemplary client service and maintain strong professional relationships.Collaborate with team members while demonstrating significant independence in managing projects.Requirements:Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.3+ years of experience in commercial, timber, and agriculture real estate transactions.Strong interest in real estate and/or natural resource industry groups.Excellent academic credentials and professional references.Demonstrated ownership of projects and ability to work collaboratively.Oregon State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.Skills:Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and writing.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
