Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Communication & Collaboration: Foster seamless communication between teams and clients. Ensure regular meetings, emails, and reports are delivered on time. CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively, track data, and ensure smooth workflow. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in a managerial role or as a senior team member, preferably in a tech or marketing company. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with an obsession for detail. Problem-solving prowess and a strategic mindset. CRM: Proficiency in CRM software is essential. Personal Attributes: Strong-minded, spirited, and charismatic, with a decisive and assertive approach. Accountable, responsible, and able to take initiative to spot areas for improvement, develop strategies, and monitor their success.
