Job Description Experienced CHHA's needed for the Tri Valley area: Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon. We have offices based in Orinda and Santa Clara and we are looking for the right persons to join our team. ACE Home Health & Hospice is a locally owned and operated agency. We are growing and are seeking talented and compassionate professionals that want to make a difference in the lives of their patients. We welcome applicants with diverse cultural backgrounds or additional language skills because they enhance the cultural competency of care for our patients and families. ONLY THOSE WITH CERTIFIED CHHA LICENSE SHOULD APPLY. Qualifications Needed: Current CHHA license Current CPR Current Driver license Own transportation Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English a plus!
