In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to our clients and ongoing support for the sales team. Are you energetic, organized, passionate AND eager to build your future?--- Responsibilities Exude hospitality when answering the phones, meeting with visitors in our showroom, attending client events, and interacting digitally Listen to clients' needs and ask relevant questions to fully understand them and the scope of their projects Answer phones with a positive upbeat tone Collect deposits and payments Operate cloud-based CRM system Prepare estimates in a timely fashion, documenting all information Obtain all information to process work orders accurately Collaborate with the Design and Production Departments to answer any questions they may have concerning work orders Maintain a good working relationship with other team members Always look for opportunities to provide an excellent customer experience and unreasonable hospitality Attend sales meetings and company meetings Implement effective marketing strategies within the store, telemarketing, mailings, etc. Qualifications Professional Phone Etiquette Be willing to learn about the industry Computer knowledgeable and experienced in cloud-based CRM or POS softwares Benefits/Perks Paid Time Off Health Insurance / Health Savings Account Opportunities for Professional Development All you can eat peanut butter and unlimited coffee Who are we?
