Treatment Philosophy: Our treatment philosophy is firmly based on movement science with a test-treat-retest approach. Our treatment approach blends Maitland, PNF, and McKenzie's approaches while emphasizing overload and specificity principles. The ideal candidate will be able to implement our treatment philosophy while adding their own unique interventions and approach to provide high-quality care. You will treat our motivated and friendly patients with orthopedic medical problems or other conditions limiting their ability to move or perform functional activities. Responsibilities Evaluating each patient specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease. Implement an effective POC to address the patient's pertinent impairment and functional deficits. Being a proactive member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise. Helping foster a friendly and professional environment that is welcoming to everyone. Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient's satisfaction. Qualifications Experience is preferred; however, new grads with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards Hands-on experience with PNF, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercises, and functional training Knowledge and ability to implement overload and specificity principles to ensure proper exercise prescription intensity for optimal therapeutic response.
