Yard Worker / Loader Operator

Description:
Yard Worker Loader Operator Front End Loader OperatorOperator at Debris Dog Recycling Facility, compost and topsoil facility. (THIS IS FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS HEAVY EQUIPMENT. EXPERIENCE, SKILL TEST WILL BE REQUIRED). Primary Duties Include: Load tri-axles, dump trailers, and move materials on site using loaders Operate Front End Loaders, Excavators and Dozers, Grinder, and Screen Must be able to operate and work in rough terrain. Assists with preventive maintenance and spot check your team's equipment. Working with Management on daily production of both incoming and on-site materials. Check quality of the products and inventory control within proper specifications. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Must have experience operating heavy equipment front end loaders, excavators, dozers, grinders, and screen. Must have working knowledge of Compost, Mulch, Topsoil manufacturing environment. General knowledge of math calculations in all units of measurements including Cubic yards. Ability to read, write and speak English. Read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence if requested. Speak with customers, vendors, or employees of organization. Must be able to follow company equipment safely and follows yard guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Physical capacity to lift to 50lbs. Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed. Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Front end loader, Excavator, Dozer: 3 years (Required) Compost, Mulch, Soil production: 3 years (Preferred) Equipment maintenance: 3 years (Preferred) Supervisory: 3 years (Preferred) grinding, screening: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: recblid uhfz1x41fwsxyls5bswcudj9bfidqz
