Overview Halifax Health -is seeking a Physical Therapist for Care at Home. Summary This candidate administers physical therapy to assigned pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients and helps them reach the highest functional level possible. Job Qualifications Degree in -Physical Therapy -from an accredited college. Florida license required. BLS required. Acute care experience required.
