Position: Field Marketing Sales Representative Responsibilities: Generate leads from homeowners interested in solar, construction, and HVAC services through canvassing, field marketing, and utilizing personal referral network. Provide detailed information about our programs, services, and products to potential customers. Actively listen to homeowners' concerns and questions, offering tailored solutions. Schedule and conduct informative sessions with homeowners to assess their needs. Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Enjoy the process and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout interactions. Experience: No sales experience required; we provide exceptional training for motivated and coachable individuals. Preferred experience in customer service or sales roles. Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing techniques is advantageous. Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally. Bilingual proficiency is an asset. Compensation: Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $130,000+ per year. Base pay with uncapped commission structure. Comprehensive on-the-job training.
