What You'll Do: Generate leads from homeowners interested in solar Provide information about our programs, services, or products to potential customers Actively listen to and acknowledge concerns and questions from homeowners Schedule information sessions with homeowners Represent the company with integrity Have fun and be friendly! Experience: No sales experience required. We offer paid training and are looking for motivated, coachable individuals Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing techniques is a plus, but not required Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally Bilingual proficiency is an asset We offer competitive compensation for this position, as well as great career path.
