Crate/Packer Responsibilities: · Follows specifications on blueprints, be able to read a measuring tape, and use hand tools and saws· Installs and assembles fabricated parts and hardware assemblies according to blueprints, sketches, schematics, or other visual aids.· Makes any necessary adjustments or modifications to ensure that the attachment is durable and solid and will work under the extreme conditions as specified in the blueprint.· Reading and understanding blueprints or detailed diagrams for fabrication.· Complete documents such as cargo receipts, onsite tickets and work orders.· Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: - High School Degree or General Education Degree; or 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience- Must be able to read blueprints, operate saws, and have some type of experience with wood working.
