We are looking for an Acquisitions Agent to help build our portfolio of affordable homes to remodel and resale. This is an opportunity for you to be social and get paid for it! To live the dream of flipping houses without carrying all the financial risks associated with it. We are a residential real estate investment firm that purchases homes from motivated/distressed homeowners. We are currently buying and selling homes in Orlando, Jacksonville & Tampa Florida / San Diego, CA / Greater Nashville, TN / San Antonio, TX. We also have a great back-office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work from home most of the time. Compensation: • This is a commission-based position. Average salespeople can make $100,000+ per year in this position, top-notch salespeople have the potential for $150,000+. Responsibilities:• Attend Real Estate Networking Events• Cultivate relationships with Wholesalers and Real Estate Agents• Find Fixer-Upper Properties that we can purchase• Evaluate the Fixer-Uppers to see how we can profit from remodeling and selling them• Follow up on all potential properties• Communicate and work effectively with our team members• Negotiate a favorable sales price on each house• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Qualifications:• A real estate license is not required• Candidates must live in the Greater San Antonio, TX area.
