You’ll learn valuable tools that teach you how to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that will build and manage your career. From the very beginning, you will “earn as you learn’’ without previous insurance sales experience. If you have a willingness to learn, motivation to succeed, and an entrepreneurial spirit, we want to hear from you today! Responsibilities: • Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options• Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor• Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals• Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business • Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies• Handle customer inquiries• Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns• Document and update customer records based on interactions• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed• Successful completion of a background check is required• Must display strong leadership and communication skills• Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others• One year minimum sales experience preferred• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields• Ability to build rapport with clients• Ability to prioritize and multitask• Positive and professional demeanor• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: At Farmers Insurance 1475, our employees set the tone, drive our strategy, and create world-class customer experiences.
