Bilfinger Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Pipefitter at our location in Inwood, WV. Join a team where integrity, quality, and the seamless integration of skills are the working standard. Responsibilities: Safety is a priority; employee must understand construction risks and bring them to the attention of their supervisor. Fabricate, assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints. Install pipe hangers and supports. Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipe lines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods. Develop a plan from full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints and specifications. Select pipe sizes, types and related materials, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to specifications. Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications by using hand and power tools. Requirements : High School Diploma/GED and completion or craft apprenticeship Quality minded, positive team player, safety conscious and production focused. Have basic math, reading, writing and computer skills. 4+ years of pipefitting experience. NCCER certification is a plus. Ability to work at heights greater than six feet off of the ground Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective equipment (face-shield, gloves, safety harness, etc.) Background Checks, Drug Tests and Motor Vehicle Checks will be required.
