Employbridge Search is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Customer Service Specialist with logistic experience in the Deer Park TX area. Responsibilities * Maintain daily contact with clients, agents and team * Maintain and expand business opportunities * Work with trucking companies and other vendors providing services to the company and its clients * Input received materials and load into system * Schedule and coordinate outbound loads for customers ensuring the margin costs are achieved * Assign jobs to the warehouse employees to ensure deadlines are met * Ensure receipt of proper pricing and invoices from vendors and agents * Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications * High school diploma. * 3 plus years of previous freight forwarding customer service * Experience working with steamship, trucking and other vendor selection interaction * Proficient with Microsoft Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Excellent analytical skills, math, including rate of exchange, percentages and volumetric conversions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects * Adaptability to respond effectively to changes in situation or information * Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal
