We are currently looking to fill the position of Customer Service Administrator in the Irving, TX area. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy assisting customers, Amber is eager to connect with you! Responsibilities: --- Create new job entries by inputting information from incoming Dispatch emails and uploading bid letters. --- Assist with managing Purchase Orders by updating the Divvy site and ensuring BuildOps is kept current. --- Handle Certificate of Insurance requests and aid in the yearly renewals process. --- Monitor phone calls, take messages, and dispatch service requests promptly. --- Manage Panel Schedules efficiently. --- Schedule and coordinate the rental equipment, as needed. --- Collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines and address any need for additional workforce. --- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including dispatch logs, service orders, and repair orders. --- Keep open communication with field technicians and dispatchers to ensure timely service delivery. --- Identify and document customer service requests accurately. --- Record service calls and work orders in the database system or paper logs. --- Organize technician schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks. --- Communicate directly with customers to schedule appointments, address inquiries, and provide information about company services. Qualifications: --- As a successful candidate, you have well-rounded communication skills and have 3 or more years of experience in Customer Service relations and service calls. --- Must be comfortable with making and receiving phone calls. --- Must be familiar with Outlook and Microsoft applications. --- Have a history of reliability with work. --- Must be able to handle multiple tasks with ease. --- Have excellent attention to detail. --- Must have reliable transportation. --- Have a valid driver's license.
