GOBI's Contoocook:based helpdesk team has an exciting opportunity for an intern to join their group. This intern will help support our GOBI NHfacility with a variety of duties including but not limited to: -Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions. -Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software. -Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs. -Identify and report system issues to vendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors -Assist with inventory check:in, storage room maintenance and recycling of old hardware. -Other duties as requested. Basic Requirements: -High school Diploma -6 months or more technical experience either through school or work. -Ability to lift 15:44lbs. -Ability to work onsite at GOBI, 40hours a week -Ability to work remotely Preferred Requirements: -Previous technical internship experience -Currently enrolled in a collegiate IT and or MIS degree program -Tech savvy, enjoys working with people and computers. -Ability to work autonomously in a very fast paced environment.
