Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Plant Operations & Maintenance Director position at Wyoming County Community Health, a 50 bed acute care hospital and 130 bed nursing home, located in Warsaw, NY. Position is responsible for day to day management of the POM department including prioritizing work orders for (Engineering) MEP, HVAC, boilers, chillers and other general maintenance including preventative maintenance. Interacts with other department leaders and administration. Manages, coaches and trains a supervisor and hourly associates. Manages Fire and Life Safety, Environment of Care and third party vendors. Ideal candidates will have experience in Healthcare engineering and maintenance, either as a lead, stationary engineer, supervisor or manager. High School Diploma or GED is required. Hospital experience and knowledge of Joint Commission regulations are required. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
