Job Description Job Title: Multifamily Construction Project Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: As a Multifamily Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multifamily construction, effective project management skills, and a passion for delivering excellence. Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications. Manage and lead project meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Procure materials, equipment, and services required for project completion. Analyze and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Prepare and present detailed project reports to clients and company leadership. Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
