The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of legal experience and excellent credentials from a top law school. Duties:Provide legal counsel and support on infrastructure projects, including construction, project finance, and public contracting/procurement matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to infrastructure development and financing.Conduct legal research and analysis on construction laws, project finance regulations, and public procurement policies.Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution strategies in the infrastructure sector.Collaborate with engineering firms, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders involved in infrastructure projects.Participate in meetings, negotiations, and mediations to represent clients' interests and resolve legal issues.Stay updated on industry trends, legislative changes, and case law developments affecting infrastructure projects. Requirements:Juris Doctor degree from a top law school.2-6 years of legal experience in construction law, project finance law, and public contracting/procurement law.Professional or academic background in engineering, construction, or project finance is highly desirable.Admission to the Bar in California. Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
