Cosmetic Physician Partners is building a premier network of Physician-led aesthetic clinics throughout the United States. We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support our fast-growing physician-based aesthetic medical practice in Jericho, NY – Alizadeh Cosmoplastic Surgery. Your primary role is to manage scheduling client appointments, greet clients when they arrive, and have knowledge of the services performed. The perfect candidate should possess an exceptional patient care attitude, excellent communication abilities, and be well-spoken and articulate. They must be flexible in scheduling, have strong analytical and decision-making skills, be outgoing and friendly, be able to multitask, work well in a team, be comfortable with basic computer software, have high levels of integrity, and be quick learners with a desire to grow. Responsibilities: Greets and check-in patients upon arrival Gather requisite patient information to place in a chart and enter it into computer Escort patients to exam rooms and maintain exam rooms between patients Check patients out and collect all fees as required Answer incoming phone calls, retrieve messages from voicemail, schedule appointments, record complete messages, and direct callers to the appropriate personnel Pull charts for appointments and messages Ensure the comfort of patients in the waiting room and cleanliness throughout the office Qualifications: Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products 2 years experience in a medical office or medical spa setting Experience answering phones in a medical office environment Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills Must have proficient computer and typing skills Benefits: Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401 (k) with company contribution Employee Corporate Discount Program PTO Much more!
