BF Maintenance LLC is looking for a Painter to join our growing team! Seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and quality-focused individual. All project properties are located within 40 miles of the Pottstown, PA area. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities:• Perform surface preparation by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required• Apply paint using brushing, rolling, and spray techniques• Operate sprayers efficiently and effectively• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area• Complete assigned painting projects within given deadlines• Work independently or as part of a team, as required• Willingness to assist with other light general maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications:• Standing for a prolonged period of time• Working on ladders• Lifting and carrying heavy equipment• Reliable transportation• Willingness to travel up to 40 miles from Pottstown, PA• Valid driver's license with good driving background Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly About Company: BF Maintenance is a small construction company that oversees residential remodels as well as maintenance in a variety of single-family and multi-family properties.
