You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Responsibilities: • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks• Manage other maintenance requests as required • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Qualifications: • At least 2 years of maintenance experience• Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends• Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly About Company: At Hilton Garden Inn, our mission statement is simple: “To provide legendary service to our guests by empowering our team to consistently deliver the spirit of hospitality in a safe and fun work environment.”
