Key Responsibilities: Mastermind a comprehensive asset management program that will extend the lifespan of our infrastructure.Oversee every facet of asset and facility maintenance, implementing best practices to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.Champion implementing a new asset management system and developing a digital twin, revolutionizing maintenance strategies.Foster a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to standards, conducting audits, and training personnel.Manage ongoing operations to deliver contracted work on time and budget, anticipating and resolving issues promptly.Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders furthering our licenses to operate.Lead, train, and mentor a team of dedicated personnel and contractors, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.10+ years of proven success in managing highway maintenance, personnel, contractors, and client relationships.Proven track record in implementing asset management programs and managing profitable operations.In-depth knowledge of bridge and toll road maintenance, roadway standards, and the local market.Strong communication and interpersonal skills**, with a knack for leading teams and addressing customer concerns.
