Fractional CFO

Description:
As the Fractional CFO at Destify, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and providing guidance on key financial decisions. You will work to optimize financial performance, manage risk, and drive profitability. This is a part-time position, requiring 10-20 hours per week including weekly meetings with our leadership team, revenue team and accounting team.Responsibilities:-Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth objectives-Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making-Develop and monitor key financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts to track the company's financial health and performance-Assist in financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and tax planning-Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial position-Provide Leadership to both our Revenue and Accounting teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growthRequirements:-Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, or related field (master's degree preferred but not required)-Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are desirable-Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance role in a small to medium-sized company-Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities with a track record of driving financial performance and growth-Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis-Experience in managing financial operations, including cash flow, risk management, and compliance-Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of financial software and tools-Highly analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities-Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders-Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the company's industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape-Familiarity w/ EOS a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
