Job Summary The Manager, Customer Experience Communications Copywriter is responsible for the oversight, creation, execution, and delivery of account-based and self-service content across customer communications channels including, but not limited to, email, direct mail, SMS, and video. Job Description Core Responsibilities Oversee team of copywriters and assign content tasks as necessary.Review copy drafts for technical content requests.Lead and drive customer experience communications strategy.Writes, reviews, edits, and manages creative and technical content for account-based and self-service customer experience communications.Manages change requests to existing onboarding, service, transactional, and product education communication tactics.Adapts language and style to reflect brand voice and tone.Manages Comcast Business' template library and conducts audits to ensure the value, organization, and consistency of existing content.Partners closely with cross-functional partners inclusive of product development teamsRegularly collaborates with our Digital Experience (DX) and Marketing teams to ensure copy and design complement one another and are aligned with other customer-facing content and experiences.Improve quality design and enhance user experience. Skills & Requirements: Working knowledge of multiple platforms including Jira, Confluence, and SalesforceFamiliarity with customer journey mappingPrior experience working with external agenciesDetail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skillsTechnical know-howAn understanding of business and operational processesBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience Employees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
