Sodexo is currently seeking an -Environmental Services General Manager 4 -for a large healthcare account in the -Miami, FL -area, -Jackson Memorial Hospital. -Jackson Memorial Hospital is an accredited, non-profit, tertiary care hospital and the major teaching facility for the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. With more than 1,550 licensed beds, Jackson Memorial Hospital is a referral center, a magnet for medical research, and home to Ryder Trauma Center - the only adult and pediatric Level 1 trauma center in Miami-Dade County. This GM will report to the General Manager 5 and be responsible for overall operations with 4 managers, 10 supervisors and 190 frontline staff. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will: have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence; be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores; provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department; partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership; effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
