Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or related field. Two (2) years related experience as a Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Vice President, Deputy Manager or related occupation. Experience is required and must include: Leveraging advanced financial analysis software such as Adaptive Insights, Oracle Hyperion, Tableau, or Power BI to execute detailed financial assessments; Providing guidance and executing effective capitalization strategies, determining precise capital figures, securing diverse funding sources, and strategically timing capital injections; Evaluating financial and operational performance data of potential software-related investment prospects; and Engaging in negotiations for debt restructuring with clients, optimizing the company's financial structure through refinancing and raising new debt.
