The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent academic credentials, and exceptional communication abilities. NY Bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission is required.Duties:Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in various transactions, including term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional matters.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex financial transactions.Collaborate with partners and senior associates on client matters.Requirements:JD from an accredited law school.Experience in debt finance, particularly in private equity transactions.Strong understanding of financial and lending concepts.Excellent academic credentials.NY Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:NY Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.Skills:Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.
