The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in a transactional tax practice, with a preference for those with international tax and partnership experience.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on tax and benefits issues.Draft and review legal documents related to transactional tax matters.Provide legal advice on tax implications and benefits in various business transactions.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address tax-related concerns.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in a transactional tax practice.A strong grounding in international tax, with experience in partnership drafting.Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Preference for candidates with an LL.M. in taxation or those currently pursuing it.Previous experience in a law firm setting is preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.LL.M. in Taxation (preferred).Certifications:Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.Any additional relevant certifications are a plus.Skills:Proficient in legal research and analysis.Strong drafting skills for legal documents.In-depth knowledge of transactional tax laws and regulations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
