Your Mission Installation, Calibration, Validation and Maintenance of the RF Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Support the installation of the Electrical GSE (EGSE) Provide first level investigation on Non Conformances relating to RF systems. Support production team for anomaly resolution. Perform repairs on Ground RF and electrical HW Support RF and electrical Test & GSE equipment configuration Support the implementation of changes on the FAL GSE, coming from flight, ground designs, or processes changes. This position reports to the US FAL Mission Support Manager and is based in Merritt Island, Florida, USA. Full on-site presence required. Weekend work may be required with appropriate compensation. Your Day-to-Day Support production engineers and technicians on all topics concerning the RF and electrical equipment and systems. Support the setup, configuration, and commissioning of the production stations. Support RF and Electrical GSE maintenance and repair for the FAL. Support RF and Electrical GSE calibration activities. Your Profile Associate Degree or High School + 3 years' experience Hands-on experience with RF measurement devices Knowledge about EGSE and electrical measurement devices Experience working in a clean room environment, understanding of precision cleaning and of the handling/maintaining of clean hardware/systems. Must be able to review and understand both written and electronic procedures and technical documents in English. Verbal French or Spanish a plus. Strong commitment at work Physical Demand While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear. Based on the position an employee is occasionally required to stand for an extended period of time; walk; reach above shoulders; and stoop, kneel, bend, twist or crouch. The employee must occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities require by this job include close vision. Personal Protective Equipment many be required including safety shoes and glasses.
