Technology Operations Manager Acture Solutions of Albany, NY is looking to hire a full-time Technology Operations Manager to join our remarkably smart team. With a renewed vision from our CEO, Acture Solutions is preparing for expansion through innovation, creativity, and forward-thinking. Position Overview: Acute Solutions is growing fast. The Technology Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Managed Services of Acture Solutions and will be responsible for managing a team of helpdesk specialists and working with the school districts' technology leaders. Responsibilities: Build relationships with school district administrators, educators, and your team. Prioritization of IT initiatives and problem solving Timely and professional resolution of IT requests Oversee change management within the organization. Ensure processes and procedures are documented and updated. Lead, mentor, and hold staff accountable. Serve as a trusted advisor to the district on matters of cybersecurity, IT operations, and best practices implementation. Technical lead Who you are: 10 years of IT Operations experience with familiarity in networking, servers, cloud, and cybersecurity 5 years of experience leading an IT team, preferably in a Managed Service Provider K-12 Public Education sector experience preferred. Experience with MS Active Directory, Tenant, Google Tenant, and End Point Management Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now, Incident IQ, ConnectWise a plus. You enjoy the value of well documented processes. Passionate about customer service and solving user technology problems. Team player that enjoys sharing knowledge and collaborating.
