Materials Handers are an essential link in the material flow process by ensuring production has the raw materials necessary for assembling our one-of-a-kind solutions. Material Handlers thoroughly maintain responsibility of material movement throughout our buildings in Shoreview, MN. Success Criteria: The Materials Handler is responsible for the efficient flow and effective utilization of raw materials and components. Ensuring that material is received, stored properly, and safely transported to the production area is essential to keeping operations moving smoothly. Production cannot happen without the Materials Handler accurately and efficiently supplying the manufacturing teams with ready to use materials, parts, or assemblies by picking kits for production or safely moving finished projects to storage until it's time to ship to our customers. Success starts with having experience working in logistics or warehousing at manufacturing company for heavy equipment. Apply now* US Person * High school Diploma or equivalent. * Two years related work experience. * Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks. * Must have good written and oral communication skills. * Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to material handling. * Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. * Computer Skills (MS Office, electronic scanning of documents, warehousing software etc.) * Must be able to multi-task and perform all responsibilities accurately in a fast-paced environment. * Physical lifting Requirements: ability to lift 75 lbs. frequently.
