Are you a skincare guru?Our client brings skin health & beauty brands together to produce next-generation science and partnerships with skin experts to create high-performance products for healthy skin. They are seeking a talented and experienced 360 Designer to join their growing global design team. You will partner with cross-functional teams to create visually impactful and user-centered design solutions that meet both user and business needs. Responsibilities Hard Skills: * A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is required.* Demonstrate strong visual, written and oral communications skills to execute project briefs.* Mid-Senior level design expertise.* Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop...)* Understand brand guidelines and create solutions that are on brand.* Excellent typography skills and comprehension of grid systems. Soft Skills: * Partner with the Global team to create holistic design experience that meets user and business needs.* Has a eye for beauty.* Help building an inspiring and collaborative environment.* Able to work under minimal supervision in an international context.* Able to package and present solutions to the wider business team.* A flexible and open team player with a positive working attitude.* Ability to work quickly and prioritize competing workstreams. Relevant & Related Roles: * Designer / Senior designer graphic design + Branding, Design Lead Relevant Previous Agencies, Firms or Businesses: * Brand agencies: Elmwood, Landor, Interbrand, Dragon rouge, Wolf Olins, Design Bridge* Corporate: L'oreal, Esthe Lauder, P&G, Unilever* Independent Design studios Project Role: * Design Support, Senior Contributor Bonus Skills: * Passion for mock up and craft Project Team: * Report to Design Manager based in Singapore* Work alongside 4 senior designers* Work closely with the business partners (Data and Analytic team, R&D, Marketing team)The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $48 to $58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
