We are looking for a full-time Facilities Assistant for our luxury apartment communities across the Greco Portfolio. Greco Properties is looking for a hardworking, efficient, detail oriented person to join our team. The perfect candidate notices the little things and takes action to make them right. Minimum Responsibilities Essential functions for ensuring buildings are in like-new condition and inviting. Common area, hallway and stairwell painting Upkeep of grounds Amenity spaces upkeep and painting Apartment turnover and guest suite painting Maintain vacant apartments for leasing The above statements reflect the general details necessary to describe the principle functions of the position described and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all the job-related duties that may be assigned or necessary for the position.
