This includes implementing and adhering to YMCA safety procedures, as well as state and local codes, to create a secure environment where children can learn and grow with confidence. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for completing opening and closing procedures as required, as well as accurately documenting any incidents or accidents that occur during your shift.
