_ Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-Time School Cases Available! _ _ We have paid training, competitive compensation and up to $500 sign on bonus! _ McRory Pediatric Services provides quality, evidence-based therapy services in a nurturing and supportive environment as needed to help our clients reach their fullest potential. Provide individual behavior support services to children ages birth to 18 years of age with varying disabilities. We provide a training, ongoing support and a fun and collaborative work environment. We offer BCBA supervision hours if needed. We currently have part-time and full-time openings for in school, in home and in clinic settings within the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. Duties: Provide behavior intervention services in home and in school Implement behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition plans, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Collect data Run DTT programs (utilizing Applied Verbal Behavior) and NET programs Attend team meetings Collaborate with team members Complete accurate and timely therapeutic treatment notes Strictly follow and enforce BACB guidelines Minimum Requirements: HS Diploma required 1-2 years related experience working with children with special needs Must have working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Background check Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license Proof of immunization records and TB required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) certification is a plus. Desirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual is a plus. Compensation: Behavior Technicians: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. Registered Behavior Technicians: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Substitute Therapists: $25.00 per hour Paid training, drive time and non-therapy time: $16.90 per hour (minimum wage) Mileage Reimbursement paid at IRS rates Benefits: 50% paid Health and Dental insurance after 13 months, averaging 30 hours per week or more.
