NMCI Medical Clinic, Inc. is a multispecialty clinic providing medical care in the areas of Occupational Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Interventional Pain Management, and Internal Medicine. We are a growing organization with seven clinics throughout Northern California. Position Description We're seeking a General Practitioner, Family Practice, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine physician to join our team at our San Leandro and/or Concord clinic. As a physician with us, you'll be serving a patient population primarily consisting of working-age adults from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, focusing on occupational-related injuries. In our supportive environment, you'll work with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to craft comprehensive treatment plans for patients dealing with physical disabilities or injuries. In this role, you can expect to see approximately 16 to 22 patients per day, exclusively in an outpatient setting. There's no requirement for hospital rounds, providing a focused outpatient experience. Office hours are Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts (though weekend options are available upon request). We're open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, offering a competitive compensation and benefits package.
