Our Banner Staffing Services per visit rates begin at $75 per routine visit, translating to a competitive wage for your time and skills. Our home health structure is set up to provide Home Health Nurses multiple avenues for support that aren't available at other agencies - a field preceptor, an IT specialist, a dedicated scheduler, a nurse preceptor during orientation (available every day to help with documentation questions and challenges), an in office team of QI specialists, telehealth resources, clinical manager and in office triage support. This structure is designed to assist field clinicians in managing their caseload appropriately and not feeling "alone" in the field! As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will join the Banner Home Health Clinical Team providing exceptional, expert care in your community. You will enjoy an autonomous practice focusing on medical intervention within the patient's actual home environment in partnership with a team of skilled and experienced home care case managers. The Home Health space allows for the time to create one on one relationships with your patients and their caregivers and have some flexibility over your schedule that is not possible in the hospital setting. We offer mileage reimbursement and will provide you a company cell phone and a tablet for documentation in our electronic medical record system (Home Care Home Base). Must have recent Home Health or Hospice experience, one year minimum. Banner Staffing Services (BSS) also offers Registry/Per Diem opportunities within Banner Health.
