Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across various digital channels including social media, email, and search engine marketing (SEM). Create and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing for maximum ROI. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for continuous optimization and innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing automation software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization.
