Position Overview: The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives with a focus on driving significant ARR growth through direct sales channels. This role demands a proactive leader capable of executing innovative marketing campaigns to generate a high volume of quality leads and support business development efforts across various stages of the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities: Market Intelligence and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategies and understand competitive dynamics and client needs. Growth Hacking: Develop and execute growth marketing experiments to capture significant market share in key sectors, utilizing advanced segmentation, marketing automation, and personalization. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Employ A/B testing and other data-driven methods to continually refine marketing tactics and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations. Campaign Optimization: Inspect marketing campaigns to understand the end-to-end user experience. Conduct ROI analysis and implement techniques to enhance performance across all digital channels. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Technology, and Sales teams to support the sales process and improve conversions and ultimately user experience. Required Qualifications: Proven experience designing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns in high-growth environments, ideally within the technology or professional services sectors. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot Sales and Marketing Enterprise, and other relevant digital marketing technologies. Strong analytical skills to oversee complex campaigns and decode market dynamics. Exceptional communication abilities, with meticulous attention to grammar, syntax, and style in all forms of correspondence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in entity, licensing, tax, or records management solutions. Familiarity with high-growth environments (minimum 25%+ YoY growth).
