We are hiring for AM and PM shifts! We're looking for experienced waitstaff with excellent people skills who are motivated and attentive to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience. You will be in charge of setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet each morning while ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well stocked. Additional responsibilities include carrying coffee pots and beverages throughout the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed or requested, and removing used dishes and utensils. Both Breakfast and Dinner shift work is available, providing flexible hours! Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about customer service and has experience working in a food service role. Compensation: $15/hr ($12/hr + tips) Responsibilities: • Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout service• Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area• Assist guests with any questions or concerns that they may have in a prompt and friendly manner• Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed• Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner Qualifications: • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry• Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Compensation: $15 hourly About Company: The Sports Zone at the Holiday Inn offers an appealing atmosphere and welcomes a wide variety of guests from many different backgrounds.
