Role is being created to support operations in recovery and repair of the Autocells (robots and CNC machines) as well as keep up with building and qualify tools. Qualifications: :Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and best practices.:High level of interpersonal and communication skills, able to participate in a team environment.:Knowledge of various automatic control systems, processes, and methodologies in a manufacturing environment; ability to design, implement and maintain automatic production systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency.:Experience in a CNC machining environment.:Ability to safely work on and diagnose electrical issues (110:480v):Knowledge and ability to identify replacement parts.:Knowledge and experience with Fanuc robots and controls:Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (mechanical,electrical, systems or operational) problems in a manufacturing environment.:Knowledge of CNC controls and operation.:Ability to read blueprints and follow schematics.:Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment.: Maintain fresh tooling in the automated central tool system (CTS): Build required tooling for the Auto Cell department as required to maintain production.: Identify opportunities to improve and track tool life.: Set up and operate all related equipment and hand tools as necessary.: Modify consumable tooling as required.: Maintain proper inventory and reorder points for tooling.Equal Opportunity Employer
