Job Summary Provide technical expertise in the identification, investigation, and resolution of plant operating, safety, and design issues to ensure plant reliability and availability. Job Responsibilities: Monitor, trend and assess systems and components to improve reliability: Establish system performance for designated systems. Identify and prioritize corrective actions to ensure system, safety, reliability, and availability: Lead cross:functional teams to manage/resolve long term system performance issues: Ensure system readiness and compliance with design/ license basis Job Specific Qualifications REQUIRED: : BS Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Aerospace Engineering.: Minimum of 7 years related industry experience: Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written: Familiar with mechanical engineering concepts and operations: The candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities and adaptive ways of doing business: Available for Shift Work. Must meet Nuclear requirements for Unescorted Site Access. DESIRED: : Greater than tenyears of experience in Nuclear Power Plant Engineering: SRO license/certification or System Engineering: MS or PE Disclaimer Certain positions at the Company may require you to have access to Part 810:Controlled Information.
