Communicate resource requirements for replenishment, Blue Dye, Nitrogen, H2O2. ieFamiliarity of Technical Operating System of filling machines and Packaging Machineries and Equipment's.Operating Machines, carrying out weekly care as well as daily care before and after production.Responsible to feed the right packaging materials to the filling machines on time as well as right quality.Support appropriate maintenance activitiesPerforming CIP according to SOP including pulling heaters apart and cleaning properlyVerify sterility report is functioning properlyStay with maintenance during maintenance check after CIPResponsible for maintaining the rollers such as cleaning and replacingResponsible for pulling all samples according to SOPAny downtime is cleaning timeMust be self- motivated and be a team player. Has the ability to work without direct supervisionTrain and Develop personnel as neededWill stay in your work center until your relief arrivesMust notify a Supervisor/Line Leader if you need to leave your work area for prolonged period of timeCompletes assigned task in timely manner with minimal supervisionParticipates and Interact with other employee's supporting a team environment.
