Job Details Job Location : Flower Mound - Flower Mound, TX Salary Range : $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salary Description Position Summary Directly and through subordinates and contract service providers, effectively directs the ongoing operation and maintenance of FFF, Nufactor and RNI facilities, including scheduled preventative maintenance activities and repairs of all facility systems and equipment required to accommodate personnel and support temperature controlled pharmaceutical distribution, prescription dispensing, R&D and assembly operations. The position requires the individual to manage vendor relationships, including the coordination of vendor selection processes and establishing/maintaining service agreements. This position requires interaction with internal management, service vendors, contractors, in-house staff, and local authorities. Essential Functions and Duties Directly, through subordinates, or vendors, manage all facilities related maintenance and repairs including grounds maintenance, structural integrity, window maintenance, lighting, plumbing, electrical, etc. at all locations. Develop and implement a system of regular inspection and maintenance of facilities to limit potential interruption to daily operations. Coordinate and oversee regularly scheduled preventative maintenance of fire suppression systems, backup power systems, fire and burglar alarm systems, refrigeration, freezer and HVAC systems. Develop and maintain relationships with service vendors and contractors to maximize service efficiency while keeping costs to a minimum. Continuously evaluate and recommend changes and/or enhancements to facilities related systems, services and vendors, in an effort to reduce expenses and/or enhance performance. Monitor facility related costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budget. Assist management in the development of annual facilities budget. Work within approved budget; develop and implement cost saving measures. Work closely with the Operations leadership and Corporate Compliance to ensure that all safety, state, federal, local and company regulations are adhered to by all employees. Responsible for maintaining and updating documentation necessary to support operations and facilities management as it relates to disaster preparedness/disaster recovery. Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws. Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or four (4) years relevant experience in lieu of degree. Preferred Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of facility and equipment operations. Required Experience: Minimum of five (5) years [nine (9) for non-degreed candidates] of experience in facility maintenance and distribution operations withing the field of medical distribution or wholesaler. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience. Required Skills: Must have strong organizational skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must have analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have a detail orientation and the proven ability to prioritize work. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team. Sound decision-making abilities. Physical requirements Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts to 50 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Working condition include warehouse setting. Mental Demands Learning, thinking, concentration and the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Must have the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers, and exercise self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations' situations. Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as appropriate judgments when necessary. Must be proactive in finding solutions.
