Preserve the general well-being of the overall community and individual homeowners. We are looking for an on-site and portfolio manager. Reports to: EPM's appointed Supervisor. Community Manager has dotted line reporting relationship to Board of Directors, but is ultimately accountable to EPM. Qualifications: Effectively communicate orally and in writing with Board Members, owners, tenants and contractors. Maintain a positive and cordial businesslike relationship with owners and tenants. Able to inspect property for maintenance and repair needs, as well as rules violations. Oversee contractors working on the property. Work independently without supervision, as necessary. Work cooperatively with other EPM employees. Sound computer skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Perform basic administrative functions for community association.
