MTI prides themselves on teamwork and is searching for a diligent individual with a positive attitude to join our team.Compensation Average weekly pay: $1,625 65 CPM with an average of 2,500 miles weekly Paid for all miles loaded or deadhead/empty. PC is excluded $2,500 sign-on bonus Driver referral bonus of $500 Inspection bonus Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks Optional company benefits starting 60 days from employment on the 1st of the following month: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401K 6 Paid Company Holidays 2 weeks of vacation after 1-year of employment 24/7 Dispatch Support Team 24/7 Maintenance Support Team (no 3rd parties) Fuel Card Provided Truck Wash Account Complete Pass & Pre-Passes Provided $125 paid orientation and paid quarterly trainings Slip Seating: No Home Time, Route, & Schedule Minimum Home Weekly Typically throughout the week, weekends are not guaranteed Options for 2+ weeks out if desired Hauling mainly in the Midwest Region FTL – No LTL or partials Departing from our MTI Memphis, TN Terminal All MTI Terminals are in-house Maintenance Terminals (Shop) Level of Touch: Load and unload Equipment International Sleeper Trucks 53ft dry van trailer Automatic APU Bendix System Samsara ELD System Routine Preventive Maintenance Qualifications Must be at least 23 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Safety Conscious MVR Responsive and Communicative No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years Tanker endorsement beneficial Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 120 miles or a 2 hour commute maximum from Memphis, TN or be willing to relocate for this position.
