The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited and ABA-approved law school and have a current Arizona State Bar license in good standing. While civil litigation experience is highly preferred, the firm will also consider candidates with other legal experience, such as transactional or criminal law. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in the practice of law beyond a law school setting. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysisDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedingsProvide legal advice and counsel to clientsCollaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and developmentManage case files, documents, and deadlinesCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Requirements:Juris Doctor from an accredited and ABA approved law schoolCurrent Arizona State Bar license in good standing3-5 years of experience in the practice of law beyond a law school settingCivil litigation experience is highly preferred, but other legal experience will be consideredStrong legal research and writing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Skills:Legal research and analysisDrafting legal documentsCourtroom advocacyClient counselingCase managementCommunication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and organization
