The associate attorney will work closely with partners in the Business Litigation practice to handle a variety of legal tasks and responsibilities.Duties:Draft substantive pleadings and motions for business litigation cases.Prepare responses to discovery requests and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Assist in case preparation, including gathering and organizing evidence and documentation.Attend client meetings, depositions, and court hearings as needed.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop legal strategies and solutions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.Requirements:1-6 years of experience in business litigation.Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent academic credentials.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Motivated to succeed and contribute to the firm's success.Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the Florida Bar.Certifications:Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.Skills:Legal research and writing.Case preparation and organization.Client communication and collaboration.Courtroom presence and litigation support.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and time management.
